Due to the corona crisis, there are currently no scheduled flights between the Netherlands and Suriname. Normally TUI Fly, Surinam Airways and KLM operate the Schiphol - Paramaribo route. To still get things like food and medical supplies, a special cargo service has now been set up.
The charter flight, without passengers, was organised by the Surinam transport company PICO in partnership with Surinam Air Cargo
